At Digital Snacki, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that our banana chips are of the highest quality and reach you in perfect condition.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. No Returns or Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept returns or offer replacements for products that have been delivered in good condition.
- Taste is Subjective: We understand that taste is a personal preference. However, we cannot accept returns based on a dislike of a product’s flavor, texture, or appearance.
- Hygiene and Safety: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept back any food items once they have been delivered.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
We will provide a refund or store credit in the following scenarios only:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, crushed, or not in a usable condition due to transit.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
3. How to Request a Refund
If your product falls into one of the categories above, you must follow these steps to be eligible for a refund:
- Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Proof: You must send an email to support@delightsnacki.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product, including the packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Awaiting Approval: Our team will review your request and the evidence provided. We reserve the right to verify the claim before processing a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If this is not possible, we will offer a store credit for the full amount.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

- If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to process a cancellation, and our standard no-return policy will apply.
